How to Know He Loves You (For the Romantic)
Even with obvious signs, often women (and men) are never really "sure" someone loves them. While the following indicators are by no means exhaustive, nor meant to fit all "types" of love, they do offer one "romantic" view. None of these will occur continually or simultaneously. If you expect this all the time, he may love you. But you don’t love him. Be open to both Romance and Realism.
If he loves you, he will massage your shoulders, lower back, yours legs and feet, toes and head, and he will turn you over, tuck you in, and watch you fall asleep. He will kiss your cheek and creep out the door, and will return when you are well rested.
If he loves you, he will dance in the moonlight, wear a top hat, howl and jump, anything just to see you smile. He will leap into your emotional forest, even if it’s really scary, and find a clear stream, and he will swim with you, even if you think you are fat and it’s true, because if he loves you, he will lie. He will fish for your soul in crystal waters.
If he loves you, he will sit attentively beside you for an hour and then an hour more listening to a lecture from someone you admire, and he will tell you he loved it, hoping for passion later that lasts longer than the lecture.
If he loves you, he will tell you. But then again, he may not. He may show you and you will know, and one day his words will catch up to his actions.
If he loves you, he will never leave you despite those times when you are distant, and he wants you more than you are willing to give.
If he loves you, when he is far away, standing alone in the moonlight, he will see your smile across the continent, and he will kiss the air, remembering your lips.
